  • Does the race have cut off times?

    No. We believe in encouraging new runners and therefore the route will be open to all for 3 hours after race start.

  • Is it a timed run?

    Yes. With the exception of the corporate relay and 5K walk, all other race categories have both timed as well as untimed options.

  • Are t-shirts available for all race categories?

    Only corporate relay participants get t-shirts. Individual distance category participants will not get t-shirts

  • Is there parking at the venue?

    Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue

  • Can we cancel our participation after registration?

    No. Cancellation will not be allowed once payment has been made

  • Is it possible to replace a team member in the corporate race if someone gets injured?

    Yes it is possible. Mail urbanstampede@runnersforlife.com with your situation latest by 5 working days before race day.

  • What do I get after completing the race?
    • Finisher medal

    • Breakfast

    • Timing E-certificates/downloadable as PDF via email, the week after the race.

  • Is there any student discount for registration for the race?


  • When is Racer-Kit collection?

    Racer kit collection will take place 2 days prior to the race. Registered participants will receive an email that will contain all the information about this.
